Sandy Point is a spectacular little hamlet. Not just to access The Prom but was lovely destination. Positive: Property was lovely. Only a block from the General Store and beautiful beach. Host promptly responded to our question. There was cricket set, badminton and other games for the kids, so the kids disappeared off to play even when it was raining. There was an under cover area to eat outside each rooms, so enjoyed in-door outdoor living. Loved experience of driving on the beach at the inlet and playing cricket. Negative: Rooms were small for two adults and two teenagers. I think the rooms with two of the beds in the fold-out couch would be perfect with two adults or two adults with little kids. However, felt cramped on rainy day with two teens trying to do homework.

Good for one night Positive: Rooms were clean Negative: It was fairly old especially the shower. When paying $200+ i would expect more than 2 teabags or even bottled water. A $40 cleaning fee is being charged but guests are expected to throw out the garbage in the bins.
