Communication was great, with easy access instructions provided before arrival, and the unit was com Positive: Communication was excellent, with easy and clear access instructions provided prior to arrival. The check-in process was smooth and convenient, and the accommodation was comfortable. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay again. Negative: The parking situation wasn’t the best, but at least the parking was close to the unit, which was convenient.

I ferl we would have has a better experience if there was a reasonable standard of heating. For the price charged for on Positive: It was relatively clean and had good kitchen facilities. Negative: Upon arrival at 8.30pm the property was freezing cold, no radiators, or any form of storage heating and poor insulation for that time of the year. It was 6/7 degrees outside. Spoke to Judy on the phone in relation to heating and got a very poor reception. Was told to turn on wall fan in the kitchen (situated above the fridge) and electric blanket in the back bedroom. She proceeded to comment that we must be used to a warmer climate. We were offered no other form of heating in the premises. The bathroom was so cold that there was condensation dripping down the windows and we did not use the shower. It took a long time for the kitchen to warm up and after 2 hrs with the electric blanket on we went to use the bed, but pillows etc in the bedroom all felt damp. There was mould on the ceiling. The duvet and pillows for the pullout bed was also in a press in the bedroom but that too was damp and musty as was the mattress in the kitchen/living area. As it was so late we had no choice but to stay. All three of us (adults) used a rug and hot water bottles we had in the car and our coats to sleep under in the kitchen/living area. We left as early as possible the next morning.

A great home from home stay. Positive: Every detail had been considered to ensure a home from home; coffee machine and pods, headed blanket, comfortable sofa and air fryer.

Great place to unwind at Wilsons Prom. After the trip to squeaky beach Positive: Nice cosy apartment. Cleaned and well maintained.
