Wamoon Retreat ~ Luxe House

Very luxurious property and truly enjoyable stay Positive: Very luxurious property with a large living and dining area. Beautiful patio with a 6 seat al fresco dining table. Very well equipped kitchen and a high end Weber electric outdoor grill. Very comfortable beds with heating. Wake up to a lovely view of the sunrise over rolling hills. Most importantly, fantastic hosts who are so responsive to meet your needs. It was quite cold and they brought in 2 extra portable heaters straight away. Kept in touch to make sure we were well taken care of. Negative: Toilet and bathroom were very large and luxurious but unfortunately a bit cold. The apartment does vibrate when the washing machine is on.

Peaceful place to stay Positive: Everything Negative: Nothing

Absolutely stunning property and lovely hosts - recommend for a luxurious family or romantic getaway, next time you’re visiting the Prom

Absolutely wonderful gem of a place with beautiful views! The house was very comfortable and the setting is gorgeous. We met the host and had a lovely conversation. The house is in an excellent location to access Wilson’s Prom. Our family of 4 was very comfortable and enjoyed our stay at Wamoon House.

Yanakie gem Positive: We stayed at the Luxe House at the Wamoon Retreat. It was well appointed with a modern kitchen, bathroom and living spaces. It is located in a quiet part of Yanakie but close enough to the general store and the local pizza restaurant. The hosts were lovely and the location makes all the good hiking spots in and around Wilson's Prom easily accessible. Highly recommend Negative: The walls are thinner than we are used to so we could hear our neighbours who, fortunately, were not noisy.
